Working Pattern: Office based initially then hybrid

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum

Our client, a well-established and respected organisation based in Edinburgh, is looking to appoint a New Client Administrator to join their expanding team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering the chance to take on a key role within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Role
The successful candidate will play a vital role in the smooth and efficient onboarding of new clients, as well as supporting the ongoing administration of existing client documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Onboarding function of new clients and the ongoing maintenance of client records.
  • Liaising directly with new and existing clients to collect, review, and verify due diligence documentation
  • Providing guidance to clients on suitable identification and verification documentation.
  • Working closely with internal colleagues to ensure onboarding requirements are met.
  • Maintaining onboarding trackers and ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Ensuring all client information is accurate, complete, and stored in line with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to support the consistent delivery of team workflows.
 
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Prior experience in, compliance, or administrative role within professional services.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Confidence communicating with clients via phone and email.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet agreed deadlines.
The ideal candidate will also:
  • Be well organised with a proactive and structured approach to work.
  • Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
  • Take ownership of tasks and follow processes carefully.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be motivated to develop their skills within a client onboarding or compliance-focused environment.
