Job Title: M&E Engineer (Multi-Skilled)
Location: Kings Hill, Kent
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled M&E Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider, working within a modern commercial office environment in Kent.

The Role:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Supporting all aspects of building services maintenance including power, lighting, HVAC and associated plant.
• Conducting inspection and testing on fixed and portable equipment in line with BS7671 regulations.
• Performing maintenance on installed plant and supporting overall site compliance.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Delivering a high standard of workmanship while maintaining strong client relationships on site.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Completed recognised electrical apprenticeship/training programme.
• Experience within commercial building services maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
