Key Responsibilities
- Handle all sales enquiries quickly and professionally across phone and email
- Advise customers on the best-fit products and packages
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders with accurate pricing
- Identify upsell opportunities including complementary kit and longer hire terms
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Coordinate day-to-day hire requests ensuring product availability and smooth delivery
- Work with internal teams to ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time
- Record all details accurately to prevent queries and protect margin
What You’ll Need
- Experience in a sales or customer service role
- Strong commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset
